01 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies - such as local storage, pixels, and session-replay scripts - work in comparable ways. We use these to make the site function, to remember your preferences, and, with your consent, to understand how the site is used and to support marketing.
This policy works alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.
02 Consent & control
When you first visit the site, a cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or open Preferences to choose per category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
We implement Consent Mode v2. Until you grant consent, non-essential storage is set to denied by default and no analytics or marketing tags load or fire. Only strictly necessary cookies operate before a choice is made. Your choice is saved so you are not asked on every visit, and you can change it at any time (see Change your preferences).
03 Cookie categories
These categories match exactly what the consent banner controls.
Necessary
Always onRequired for the site to work. They enable core functions such as page navigation, security, and remembering your cookie choice. The site cannot function properly without them, so they are not subject to consent and cannot be switched off here.
Examples: consent-preference storage, security/anti-abuse, load balancing.
Analytics
Help us understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. These load only after you grant analytics consent and are tied to the analytics_storage grant.
Tools: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) · Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps & session replay).
Marketing
Used to measure and support advertising and remarketing, and to understand campaign performance. These load only after you grant marketing consent and are tied to the ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization grants.
Tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn (loaded only with marketing consent).
Cookies set by third-party tools (such as Google and Microsoft) are governed by those providers' own policies.
04 Change your preferences
You can review or change your consent at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the site footer, which re-opens the consent banner. Updating your choice takes effect immediately for future page loads; some previously set cookies may persist until they expire or you clear them in your browser.
05 Browser-level control
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how parts of this and other websites work. Browser-level controls are separate from, and in addition to, the consent choices you make on this site.
06 Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our tools or legal requirements change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If the categories or the tags they control change, we will update both this policy and the consent banner so they stay aligned.
